The main characteristics of the development of the world organic farming and the global consumption of organic foods as well are listed. The developments of the organic market in Russia, Nordic countries (Finland, Sweden) and Canada are compared. The most favored regions for the development of organic market in Russia are determined. The basic information on organic farms and the consumption of organic foods in Russian large cities are given. The main obstacles, keeping Russia from the development of organic market are disclosed and the suggestions to the state policy aimed to the development of the proper market are formulated.
Monitoring of the current state of Russian and international laws governing the market of viticulture and winemaking in Russia and abroad, which highlighted the need to improve the legal framework for regulation of the market in Russia, changes and additions to existing domestic legislation, subject to WTO membership. To raise the efficiency and competitiveness of viticulture Russian wines in Russia need a law on viticulture and winemaking. Law is needed as agricultural producers, especially the south, where most concentrated industrial wine (in Krasnodar Krai and the Republic of Dagestan is concentrated over 90‰ of vineyard acreage and 60‰ of the grapes harvested in Russia, is grown on vineyards of the Kuban), so and consumers, as everyone recognizes the social significance of grapes and wine as a valuable food, possessing useful dietary and medicinal properties and are designed in many countries as a complement to food.Russian vine growing is trying to move forward, despite the mass of problems in the industry. Conducted monitoring of the current Russian laws and international acts regulating the market of viticulture in Russia and the countries of the importers, identified problems and opportunities in the legal regulation after the entry of Russia into the WTO, require introducing changes and amendments into the current legislation.
Author examines forecast for the development of inter-regional and inter-state relations of food and raw, as an integral part of the socio-economic development of the agro-industrial complex of the country, based on a comprehensive analysis and forecast of changes in demographics, natural resources, scientific and technological progress, foreign economic and other internal and external conditions, straight or indirectly related to the functioning of the food market.
The article analyzes the largest companies and regions - producers of pork. Using the method of competitive cards among the regions and the largest enterprises are defined leaders and outsiders, the recommendations for the design strategy of the pig industry for the largest enterprises. Among the regions-leaders dedicated Kursk region, with a strong competitive position. In comparison with other regions of the Kursk region attractive for investors, as well as in the region provided a new form of subsidies, compensation of expenditure for construction of pig farms, purchase of pedigree cattle and equipment. The authors concluded that the active development of the industry in the region would be impossible without large agro-industrial companies. Assessment of the level of market concentration on the group of indicators showed that the market of low-concentrated, but the intensity of competition in the market increases.
Optimization of process of delivery of goods to the consumer is possible several ways, one of which - reduction of expenses by production transportation from the producer to realization points that is considered in this article. On an example of "Lenin cannery" the plan of optimum transportation of vegetable canning production to the organizations, the enterprises, individual entrepreneurs of the Volgograd region and Volgograd is calculated. The offered economic-mathematical model allows to lower costs of production transportation over 20‰ and to get additional profit. Interest in creation of a logistic chain and the maximum effect from its introduction can be gained where all participants of the market from vegetable growing production before its realization will work for the end result.
Small forms of managing occupy about 93‰ of cultivated spaces which are almost unsuitable as raw zones for existing large potatoes processing plants, and for delivery of large uniform (high-quality) consignments of washed, packed-up potatoes to large distribution networks of the country in Russia. In article prospects of production and realization of potatoes and products of its processing, the direction of increase of competitiveness of the farms making potatoes, and cooperatives are considered. The author proved need of radical structural and technological reorganization of work of branch of potato growing of agrarian and industrial complex of the Russian Federation on the basis of cooperation and integration of small forms of managing. With the agricultural production and trade cooperatives (APTC) 1,2 million commodity LPH (will be able to work with the total area of 450 thousand hectares), cultivating potatoes on the square more 0.25 ha everyone which the states with support can turn into KFH and enter SPTK.
According to a significant part of practitioners and representatives of scientific and expert community, human capital in the medium term will be the most precious and trudnovospolnimym of all kinds of resources for agricultural production; science and practice of not solved the problem of creating effective tools and mechanisms of formation, use, control and prediction of human capital that meets the challenges of the innovation economy. In this regard, the authors offered their views on the problems of reproduction of human capital, taking into account the specifics of the processes occurring in the Russian agrosphere.
In article the main problems constraining development of agricultural cooperation in the Republic of Kazakhstan are opened. The main directions and forms of state regulation of development of agricultural cooperation are considered. Proceeding from the analysis of world and domestic experience of development of the agricultural cooperation, the developed problems constraining its development by the author measures for improvement of standard and legal base, the mechanism of the state support and regulation of development of agricultural cooperation are recommended.
