Abstract: In article strategic prospects of development of a vegetable subcomplex of Krasnodar Krai with use of cooperative forms and the principles reveal, the role of the vertical integrated structures is reflected in vegetable production, the strategic directions of perspective development of cooperation in a vegetable subcomplex are planned. The author states the main objectives facing producers and processors of vegetable production, analyzes existing problems. On the basis of statistical data raw zones of the vegetable-processing enterprises of Krasnodar Krai are proved, prime cost of vegetables is predicted.
