Abstract: A new impetus in the development of the real sector of the economy has exposed and exacerbated the personnel problem that has been brewing throughout the period of market transformations in the country. Based on the results of numerous studies, industry, construction and agriculture are the most problematic sectors in this matter. Today, the need for personnel in the agro-industrial complex of the country is estimated at 200 thousand people. At the same time, according to the Ministry of Education and Science, the competition and the average score in agricultural educational institutions is steadily growing. Thus, the problem arises at the stage of employment of trained personnel. On average, only 6-8% of graduates of agricultural universities are currently employed in accordance with their specialty. The article proposes to consider a new economic motivation tool for attracting personnel, primarily young professionals, to the industry. It is the promotion and replication of enterprises based on collective ownership of labor results.
