Abstract: Currently, for the effective management of business processes and interaction with partners through digital channels, the development of a universal digital model for cluster development using end-to-end technologies that allows expanding the variation of its application and creating a single digital space is of particular relevance. This article has developed a digital model for regulating, increasing efficiency and developing the oil and fat subcomplex cluster of the Saratov region, which includes a main block with the distribution of initial products in 3 directions (type, processing methods and sales channels) in conjunction with correction coefficients, and a final block (final for all options): distribution of products, processing methods, sales channels, type of product, separate calculations for agriculture and industry). Structuring data for the Saratov region according to three grouping characteristics (sown area, production output and product cost) made it possible to substantiate the areas of sunflower oil supplies in the region and identify key exporters in the oil and fat industry. The scope of possible application of the main results of the study is scientific organizations, management bodies of the agro-industrial complex at the federal, regional and municipal levels.
