Abstract: Optimization of process of delivery of goods to the consumer is possible several ways, one of which - reduction of expenses by production transportation from the producer to realization points that is considered in this article. On an example of "Lenin cannery" the plan of optimum transportation of vegetable canning production to the organizations, the enterprises, individual entrepreneurs of the Volgograd region and Volgograd is calculated. The offered economic-mathematical model allows to lower costs of production transportation over 20‰ and to get additional profit. Interest in creation of a logistic chain and the maximum effect from its introduction can be gained where all participants of the market from vegetable growing production before its realization will work for the end result.
