Abstract: The most important part of the land stock of any State is agricultural land, which is why it is subject to special protection. Valuable land is land that has a fertile layer (soil), which is necessary in the production of agricultural products. The problems of using agricultural land have been identified and ways to solve them have been identified. The transition from agro climatic to economic valuation is mentioned in all methods. As a perspective, capitalization of net or rental income is considered.
