Abstract: Now there is obvious a need and a possibility of an entry of the Russian enterprises into foreign markets, however the coordinated and active policy of the state is for this purpose necessary. In recent years the Russian poultry farming as any other branch of livestock production, has taken place a big way in the development and has achieved impressive results. Poultry breeders have exceeded target indicators of the Food Supply Security Doctrine and they are able to provide the country with poultry meat and eggs and to export these products. Accession of Russia to the WTO and integration within EEU opens new opportunities for participation of domestic manufacturers of poultry-farming production in development of the world food market. Reasonable export strategy has to stimulate structural and technological modernization of production, decrease in prime cost. This article provides an overview of the main figures and development trends of Russian poultry industry. The basic approaches to country-regional diversification of the Russian poultry meat and eggs export have been identified. The author suggests the mechanisms of state stimulation of poultry products export.
