Abstract: The research is devoted to a condition of marketing of organic agrarian production. The studied production segment of the food market is in great need in theoretical, methodological and practical scientific developments, and recommendations. First of all it is caused by specific branch features of this system of farming focused on restoration and respect for ecological equilibrium on condition of profitability of production. In work a marketing assessment of production structure and consumer demand in the world and domestic market of organic agrarian production is given. In particular, the main prerequisites of leadership in this branch of such countries as Australia, China, Argentina and the USA are defined. In a section of the countries of producers are revealed the most dynamically developing directions of organic agrarian production. The carried-out analysis of tendencies of the modern market of organic agrarian production allows claiming that the most developed segments of the market are fruit and vegetable products and also milk and products of his processing. The main problems of development of organic agriculture in Russia are formulated and ways of their solution are proposed. The most perspective directions are researches on use of the advanced innovative ecologically focused technologies in combination with experience of classical agrarian production.
