Abstract: The determination of expedient volumes and the range of the made production is the most important problem of justification of innovative strategy and the production program of the enterprise. The correct solution of formation of innovative strategy implies the existence in the system of support of making decisions of the relevant models. The complexity of creating such models is due to the necessity of taking into account the discreteness of innovations and non-linear nature of their utility function. Traditional approaches mainly rely on the formalization of these tasks in the form of linear models mathematical programming and do not provide the necessary quality of decision support. The results of development a mathematical model to inform decisions in the formation of innovative strategy of the enterprise were presented, taking into account the discrete nature of innovative products and the nonlinearity of the utility function of its use. The considered model can be integrated into concrete management information system that allows forming on their basis a big range of concrete models of support of decision-making when forming innovative strategy of the enterprise.
