Abstract: In article the role of the technical modernization in development of agriculture and agrarian and industrial complex in general having impact on change of expenses of agricultural producers, decrease in prime cost of agricultural raw materials and food, increase of profitability of branch and its competitiveness, use of innovative agrotechnologies is opened. The solution of a problem of decrease in financial load of agricultural producers, first of all on fuels and lubricants, it is possible to reach, not only and not so much due to granting discounts or any privileges for fuels and lubricants, how many due to updating and modernization of outdated park of agricultural machinery with replacement on modern highly productive, but at the same time resursosbergayushchy cars and units. Authors drew a conclusion on need of a priority of a state policy in the field of stimulation and support of modernization of agriculture.
