Abstract: In a review article systematic program tools and describes the mechanism for promoting conservation initiatives in the agricultural sector of the U.S., including the servitude practices, financial and technical assistance, landscape planning and regional partnership. The considered regulatory measures from the state are the positive example possessing adaptation opportunities for introduction in economic policy and economic practice of agrarian branch of the Russian Federation.
