Abstract: Analysis of the degree of influence of government programs on the main economic performance of the agricultural sector showed inefficient spending. As a result, the method has been proved, the essence of which lies in the allocation of budgetary support based on the coefficients of the regression equation, which was built using economic - mathematical model of agricultural development. In accordance with the coefficients of the regression equation structure existing State program has been adjusted optimally, resulting in increased growth of gross agricultural output by 2.88‰. Thus, this method should be considered as an effective tool for the distribution of the budget of the State Program (SP) and recommend it to governments in order to adjust the current SP.
