Abstract: The system of economic-mathematical models is presented in article by definition of effective structure of land use and options of placement of agricultural production in territories of the Russian Federation taking into account the agroecological potential and use of new grades and technologies. The system of scenarios is developed for the analysis of options of placement of agricultural production on the territory of Russia, providing improvement of structure of cultivated areas, change of doses of mineral fertilizers and the related productivity, transition to an elite sowing material of the zoned grades, optimum justification of the list of sowed crops, financial investments in actions for improvement of use of bioclimatic potential of development of branches of plant growing.
