Abstract: In article approaches to business management on the basis of effective management of business processes are stated, nature of change of organizational structure of subject of a grain production and a role of information technologies in their realization is shown, conditions of success and a problem of business reengineering are defined. In article questions of complete and system modeling of purchases and reorganization of the material, financial and information streams directed on simplification of business processes and organizational structure, redistribution and minimization of use of various resources are stated.
