Abstract: At the present stage of development reduction of a share of monetary receipts from realized production with simultaneous substantial increase of a role of raised funds due to financial and credit activity is observed. The accent from direct financing and state support of agricultural production towards attraction stimulation in agrarian sector of credit and investment resources was displaced. Low profitability of branch gets in the way of injection of a banking capital to agriculture, and as a result, high risk of a non-return of the credits. These obstacles can be considerably eliminated with creation of the interacting integrated structures which basis would become: unions of agricultural credit cooperation; fund of support of the agricultural credit; commercial banks, and also use of mortgage schemes with separate parts of double warehouse certificates - warrants.
