Abstract: Improving the interaction of subjects in product chains should be aimed at ensuring quality in the system as a whole at all levels, increasing the efficiency of interaction between participants in the technological chain. The article systematizes measures and measures to increase the efficiency of intersectoral interaction. To increase the efficiency of intersectoral relations, it was proposed to introduce elements of lean production by business entities, optimize management and commercial costs, improve the quality of raw materials, introduce innovations and digitalize logistics processes. To predict intersectoral interaction, an integral indicator was calculated, taking into account the volume of production, the number of interacting industries and activities; profit; investments.
