Abstract: Reduction of budgetary appropriations on the state support of animal husbandry up to the insignificant volumes which don't have essential impact on production efficiency of production, can lead to a demotivating of agricultural producers, recipients of subsidies, in achievement of target indicators. In the conditions of reduction of budgetary appropriations on the state support of animal husbandry there is a need of development and improvement of mechanisms of state support which will allow to receive the maximum result at the expense of the synergy based on a combination of in common interacting and complementary factors and processes. Authors consider possibility of achievement of synergy effect on the example of improvement of a procedure for granting of a subsidy for 1 liter of the realized commodity milk. In the conditions of unstable and not predicted pricing on milk raw materials even when receiving by an agricultural producer of a subsidy for 1 liter of the realized commodity milk it isn't possible to predict effective development of branch. Such situation strengthens investment risks and reduces investment appeal of branch of dairy cattle breeding. Authors offer option of establishment of purchase price of milk for agricultural producers on a share from the price of realization of dairy products by the processing enterprise.
