Abstract: The problem of staffing of agricultural production is included in the category strategic in activity of all government institutions of managing directors by production and economic life of the country. Article is devoted to an analytical assessment of results of monitoring of number, structure and movement of shots of the agricultural organizations of the Russian Federation. During research the conclusion is drawn on adverse structural shifts in vocational structure of shots in the branch, confirmed by an unstable situation in personnel structure of experts, by a considerable share taken, not having professional education, reduction of security by shots of mass professions. Low effective system of material and social protection of experts in rural areas, lack of housing for youth and other factors sharply put a problem of providing branch qualified personnel.
