Abstract: The relevance of this study is related to the further development of agriculture by identifying growth points for land reclamation infrastructure. The Altai Republic, part of the Siberian Federal District, has 1,131,700 hectares of agricultural land, of which 6,130 hectares are reclaimed, only 60% of which is used for agricultural purposes. Strategic objectives in the field of land reclamation include: organizing flood control measures, strengthening the forage base by expanding the area of irrigated land, increasing crop yields by establishing irrigation standards, and implementing digital technologies (digital twins) to support decision-making. The purpose of the study is to examine certain aspects of the development of the land reclamation complex and establish key interdependencies between land reclamation and individual economic sectors. The object of the study is the republic's land reclamation complex and the multifunctionality of the processes occurring within it. Conclusions: The development of sustainable, highly productive irrigated agricultural landscapes in the republic is possible by increasing the area of irrigated land with an established soil fertility algorithm, improving the structure of crop areas, developing new varieties of annual forage crops resistant to lodging, and attracting investment through public-private partnerships. Improving flood prevention efforts will require the development of digital twins of reservoirs that assess risk factors and predict future developments. The research findings will be in demand in interdisciplinary fields and will find practical application in the activities of agricultural organizations in mountainous regions in organizing forage production.
