Abstract: The article presents an assessment of the effectiveness of anti-corruption measures in the agro-industrial complex at the municipal level. Using the example of the Drozhzhanovsky Municipal District of the Republic of Tatarstan, the main forms of corruption offenses, including false income declarations, conflicts of interest, and embezzlement of budget subsidies, are analyzed. The article also examines the institutional system of anti-corruption in the district, including the activities of specialized commissions, the implementation of municipal anti-corruption programs, and the mechanisms of interagency cooperation and public control. Based on statistical data and materials from prosecutor's inspections for 2018-2025, a positive trend in reducing the number of violations has been identified, indicating the effectiveness of the preventive measures taken. Special attention has been paid to the specific nature of corruption risks in the agricultural sector, which is the backbone of the district's economy (55,1% of the gross territorial product). It is concluded that a systematic approach to organizing anti-corruption activities at the municipal level helps to minimize corruption and strengthen trust in local government bodies.
