Abstract: Organic food production in Novosibirsk Oblast, Russia, has become a significant factor in strengthening human capital and promoting socio-economic development in rural areas. This initiative aligns with the growing global trend towards sustainable agriculture, further reinforced by the introduction of the Organic Products Law in the early 2020s, which established a regulatory framework for promoting organic practices in the country. The region, characterized by vast unused agricultural lands, presents unique opportunities for organic farming, particularly in the production of grains and dairy products aimed at meeting the growing demand for sustainable food sources in urban centers such as Novosibirsk. Novosibirsk Oblast is remarkable not only for its potential in organic agriculture but also for its strategic emphasis on community involvement and educational initiatives aimed at developing local human capital.
