Abstract: Among the strategic factors of increasing the efficiency of the agricultural sector of the country's economy, providing the industry with a material and technical resource of a modern level, the evolution of scientific and technological progress (NTP) should be indicated. Periods of achievements of science and improvement of technology in the context of the transition to the digital economy are correlated with the cycles of automation of research and development projects. The successes of modern quantum computing are based on previous covers in many fields of science, replenishing the volume of scientific knowledge that contributes to the formation of innovations in technology and the modernization of the agro-industrial complex.
