Abstract: The article analyzes the systemic problems of agriculture in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), including a decline in production volumes, a crisis in livestock farming, low efficiency of state support, and a steady outflow of the rural population. It has been established that these interconnected trends create a vicious cycle that weakens the agricultural sector and rural social spheres. As a solution, the authors propose a model for digitally transforming the management of the region's agro-industrial complex (AIC). The model is based on a transition from traditional reactive management to a proactive predictive system utilizing big data and artificial intelligence. The key practical tool for implementing this model is the development of a digital platform based on process maps adapted to Yakutia's conditions. The platform should include modules for automated cost calculation, predictive analytics, and scenario planning, which will optimize resources, improve the validity of decisions, and create a foundation for sustainable development of the industry.
