Abstract: The agro-industrial complex plays a key role in the well-being of any country, its development determines the economic and food security of the population and the country's independence from imports of primary demand products. The author of the concept of "end-to-end processes" has not been determined, nor has the date of its appearance been determined. By itself, the structure of the agro-industrial complex implies an end-to-end process that covers three stages of production of the final product: the production of resources for agriculture, agriculture proper, and processing industries that provide the end consumer with industry products through food markets and closely interact with trade. Agriculture is a basic element of the agro-industrial complex. Industry-specific features have a significant impact on related industries and their processes. The main feature of managing end-to-end processes in agriculture, which must be taken into account, is their exposure to natural factors, which means a high degree of unpredictability.
