Abstract: Relevance of research is caused by need of the analysis and definition of the main approaches to increase of degree of an optimality of the developed institute of distribution of the direct budgetary help. In article methodical approaches to optimization of distribution of the state subsidies are stated to the agricultural organizations, "growth model" is presented correlation, and also the rating model, allowing to optimize system of distribution of subsidies is given. During research it was revealed that extent of achievement of the objectives of support is low because of the unregulated relations at distribution of resources at regional level; when approaching which have developed in the country to distribution of resources, strengthening of direct support in the studied period couldn't lead to the corresponding improvement of a financial condition of producers; approaches to distribution of subsidies between recipients, selection and coordination of incentives of participants have primary value before their sizes for realization of objectives.
