Abstract: Achievement of strategic objectives is shown in article on the example of JSC Akashevskaya Poultry Farm on the basis of implementation of investment projects on modernization of production, its integration and diversification, expansion of sales markets, production improvement of quality. During implementation of investment projects it was mastered by 30,1 billion rubles, 2206 workplaces that will allow to increase in 2014 gross production by 2,5 times are created, the power of poultry farm will make more than 200 thousand tons of fowl in live weight in a year. In many respects it became possible thanks to the state support according to a state program of development of agriculture realized in the Republic of Mari El.
