Abstract: This article is considered the problem of increase prices on energetic resources what was the cause of growth the Prime cost on agricultural products. In this connection there is a necessity to create a compensation mechanisms that mitigating negative effect on Prime cost producers. To achieve the set goals in the article used an express- method which based on regional agriculture statistic. With its help we can identify compensation needs. Thus companies will run their business on breakeven level.
