Abstract: In article the question of the state support, as instrument of smoothing of uncertainty is considered at adoption of the expected decision on volumes and possible economic results of production of agriculture. Communication between the level of uncertainty and level of additional financing from the budget for ensuring enterprise interest in rural economy is investigated. As object of research the agricultural organizations of the Southeast of the Nizhny Novgorod Region which were divided into 4 groups on a profit indicator for 1 rubble of investments are chosen. For studying of influence of factors on financing level the matrix of 18 pair correlations having communication with distribution of financing from the budget was constructed of the budget. The received results of research testify that the increase in level of the budgetary financing of the enterprises promotes decrease in cumulative level of uncertainty and smoothing of uncertainty at adoption of enterprise decisions. At present governing bodies more use direct methods of support. These measures are directed on concrete groups of companies. It doesn't smooth the general level of uncertainty of the enterprises of the concrete region.
