Abstract: Organizational and economic relations in the agricultural sector are related to the production, distribution, exchange and consumption of goods, the distribution of food for the population and raw materials for the processing industry. The peculiarities of organizational and economic relations are manifested in their equivalence, price parity, rate of profit, added value, unity of economic interests, and monopoly position of individual entities. As a result of the study, the classification of organizational and economic relations in the agro-industrial complex was presented. The development of integration and cooperation contributes to improving the efficiency of organizational and economic relations. Comparison of agricultural processing in agricultural and processing organizations confirmed the effectiveness of the integration of production, processing and sales in the agri-food chain. Further development of organizational and economic relations is associated with the preservation and change of organizational and legal forms, a change in the model of integration with agricultural producers, the improvement of directions, principles and forms of state regulation of organizational and economic relations, the organization of interaction of entities in different markets.
