Abstract: The relevance of beet resource pricing modeling in agro-industrial formation is due to the key role of coordinating the activities of related enterprises in the implementation of the main business processes of sugar beet production. Of great practical importance for the entire beet sugar business is the stimulation of the activities of beet-growing organizations to provide beet production with the necessary resources and timely execution of technological operations aimed at supplying sugar factories with a sufficient amount of high-quality beet raw materials. The most important analytical indicator of the interaction of related enterprises is the relative sugar yield from beet raw materials, the level of which is mainly influenced by the digestion and technical condition of the sugar factory. The level of digestion depends on weather conditions and the productivity of beet production business processes. The relative sugar yield from beet raw materials is a key factor in the economic efficiency of sugar production. Therefore, there is an obvious need to stimulate the activity of beet growers to increase digestion. However, the content of the standard contract for the supply of beet raw materials indicates that the stimulating effect is insufficient. An important step in improving pricing is the quantitative identification of the relationship between digestion and sugar output from beet raw materials. The resulting regression equation approximates this relationship fairly well (r = 0.97 at p = 0.00). Taking into account the identified shortcomings in the applied pricing procedure and the modeling results, a more advanced formula for the price of sugar beet is proposed.
