Abstract: In the article a methodology for solving problems and tasks of managing priority strategic areas of development presents using elements of digital technologies based on artificial intelligence, methods of mathematical interpretation, data analysis, machine learning, information technology, global information resources and a deep learning neural network implemented on the chatbot ChatGPT4| MidjourneyTelegram channel. It also shows consistency, sufficient breadth and depth of conclusions and conclusions when processing large amounts of scientific and practical information related to the agro-industrial business. The planned directions should meet the conditions under which the implementation of strategic forms and methods reflects the priority of dynamic and integrated development of agriculture and rural areas and should not contradict existing goals and objectives of industrial, economic and social development. In modern conditions, it is necessary to take into account the functioning and development of the digital economy in the agro-industrial complex, including in agriculture and related industries, when the problems of using modern high-tech, innovative technologies related to the adoption of operational, tactical and strategic management decisions come to the fore.
