Abstract: In the context of the introduction of innovative technologies in the agricultural sector of the economy, the importance of organizing the efficient use of all types of resources increases. In the development of the agricultural sector of the economy, there are trends towards the activation and expansion of the use of digital technologies in agricultural production. Modern technological complexes are characterized by a change in the role of man in the system of production relations and the formation of an appropriate institutional environment, the transformation of human-machine systems, which determine a change in the nature of human interaction with production resources. Within the framework of this development paradigm, personnel provision begins to act as a decisive factor in the organization of efficient agricultural production, determining the innovative development of the agricultural sector of the region's economy. Transformational changes in the economy of the Republic of Tatarstan led to the creation of an institutional environment that ensured the development of an effective system of personnel provision for the agricultural sector of the economy, the preservation of the potential of agricultural production, sustainable socio-economic development of rural areas and the creation of conditions for effective interaction between various forms of agricultural business in the region.
