Abstract: The article examines the importance of human capital in the context of the integration of digital technologies and the traditional way of life of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The authors analyze current trends in human capital formation and emphasize the importance of skilled labor in the successful transformation of the agricultural industry. The authors conclude that in the context of dynamic changes caused by the introduction of new technologies, special attention is paid to the role of education, training and adaptation of human resources, which allows for the sustainable development of both traditional industries and new digital sectors. The authors present a conceptual approach to the formation of sustainable agriculture - one of the directions of which is the formation and development of human capital. The conclusion emphasizes the need to develop an integrated approach that takes into account cultural, economic and social aspects, which will make it possible to combine traditional and modern agricultural production methods as efficiently as possible in order to achieve sustainable development of the industry.
