Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the vector of development of the agro-industrial complex in the conditions of a new economic and technological architecture called digital economy. Innovative technologies are already restructuring traditional business processes in industrial, financial and trade spheres, opening new horizons for scientific and technological progress. However, agriculture continues to remain conservative and remains unduly neglected by entrepreneurial innovators. Despite the growing expenditures on research and development on a global scale, the potential of the high-tech market in the agro-industrial complex continues to be huge. Today, agrarians need to look for ways to use new technologies and IT solutions to improve the competitiveness and efficiency of their production. The authors believe that the innovative development of agro-industrial complex with reliance on digital technologies will help to form the most rational way to manage agro-production. Continuous monitoring of the external and internal environment, robotization of routine processes and the use of artificial intelligence for multifactor analysis will contribute to more effective control of resources in agriculture and improve the quality of products,
