Abstract: The article is devoted to current problems of interaction between agricultural producers in the Krasnodar krai and enterprises in the field of logistics, manufacturers of agricultural inputs, the food and processing industries, and transport and logistics structures. In the interaction of sectors of the agro-industrial complex of the Krasnodar krai, problems of management, financing, logistics, potential, foreign trade, and unequal exchange between industries were identified. Based on the research, ways to solve the problems that are now acutely facing the region's agro-industrial complex are proposed, in particular: the creation of consortia and other associations of agro-industrial complex entities to establish economic relations between market participants, including joint investment in innovative projects; increasing the scale of state subsidies for agricultural enterprises, taking into account external challenges; development and strengthening of personnel in the agro-industrial complex through the expansion of targeted programs in educational institutions, the introduction of development and advanced training programs for employees at agro-industrial enterprises, the introduction of additional government support measures to attract young specialists to agriculture (benefits for housing conditions, improvement of rural areas, etc.); dissemination of digital technologies in order to reduce production costs of agricultural enterprises and automate business processes; search and rotation of international partners for the export of agricultural raw materials and food products, depending on the prevailing political conditions; the use of flexible mechanisms for regulating state prices for products produced by agricultural enterprises in order to smooth out the unequal exchange between industries.
