Abstract: Economic development of agro-industrial complex industries is stimulated by the state through comprehensive measures of direct and indirect support, one of the key tools of which since 2020 has been information and consulting support. Targeted measures of consulting assistance to economic entities of small, medium and large agrarian business are aimed at introducing innovations, increasing the volume of production and processing of agricultural products, improving the quality of labor life in rural areas, creating additional jobs, increasing labor productivity, supporting and developing the infrastructure of rural areas. The analysis of the system of consulting, educational, marketing, coordination support with simultaneous organization of access to free information services in the agro-industrial complex of the Novosibirsk Region has shown a high level of efficiency of the structures of information and consulting support of the agrarian sphere of the regional economy. The features that allow to ensure the efficiency and quality of consulting assistance measures provided to agricultural producers and processing enterprises of municipal districts of the administrative center of the Siberian Federal District have been identified. The article suggests the directions of information and consulting support, successfully implemented in the agro-industrial complex of the Novosibirsk region, which are «points of growth» for subjects of consulting support of agribusiness in other regions of the Russian Federation.
