Abstract: The article presents an analysis of the potential of a regional university for the development of technological entrepreneurship training programs (on the example of Altai State University) and developed recommendations for the activation of regional innovation activities. The concept of technological entrepreneurship is analyzed, the potential of Altai State University as a regional reference university in the context of the development of technological entrepreneurship in the field of organic agriculture is revealed. The limitations constraining the development of technological entrepreneurship in the region are presented. For the successful application of scientific and innovative, human and institutional potential in the direction of the development of technological entrepreneurship in the agro-industrial complex in the Altai Territory, it is proposed to implement training programs on technological entrepreneurship and organize networking between professional, scientific and business communities of the region.
