Abstract: In article the main problems constraining development of agricultural cooperation in the Republic of Kazakhstan are opened. The main directions and forms of state regulation of development of agricultural cooperation are considered. Proceeding from the analysis of world and domestic experience of development of the agricultural cooperation, the developed problems constraining its development by the author measures for improvement of standard and legal base, the mechanism of the state support and regulation of development of agricultural cooperation are recommended.
