Abstract: According to a significant part of practitioners and representatives of scientific and expert community, human capital in the medium term will be the most precious and trudnovospolnimym of all kinds of resources for agricultural production; science and practice of not solved the problem of creating effective tools and mechanisms of formation, use, control and prediction of human capital that meets the challenges of the innovation economy. In this regard, the authors offered their views on the problems of reproduction of human capital, taking into account the specifics of the processes occurring in the Russian agrosphere.
