Abstract: The process of long-term transformation of the agricultural industry is associated with the use of digital technologies in the production process and depends on how qualified specialists it will be carried out. However, the period of long-term reforms has led to the fact that the industry is experiencing a large personnel shortage. First of all, it is associated with the fact that young professionals do not want to move to rural areas, due to the lack of social and engineering conditions, as well as poor quality of life. Thus, the issue of developing a methodological approach to attracting and securing personnel in rural areas is very relevant and requires priority attention from state authorities.
