Abstract: There are main tendencies in vitivinicultural sector of EU countries: a decrease in the areas under vineyards, a slow increase of production, an active influence of the region on the market of grapes, orientation to production of wine. The policy of governmental regulation in the EU’s vitivinicultural market includes special bonus payments from the budget of the EU for wine-growers for refusal of production of grapes, a quota of a vykorchevka of vineyards, the limited rights for cultivation of grape culture. Organic vitiviniculture is one of the major innovative directions in many countries of the world. Production of organic grapes in the southern and other regions of Russia will increase their tourist appeal, will give bigger incentive for production of the corresponding domestic production.
