Abstract: The modern system of organization and management of economic entities determines the necessity and importance of the development of the socio-economic policy of ensuring economic growth, which is considered as a necessary condition for the development of the agricultural economy of the country and rural areas. the article defines the systematization of economic growth factors, which allowed to establish the main parameters (indicators) of the development of socio-economic policy for the development of the potential of agriculture of the perm region, to form the basic principles of the mechanism of development of the agro-complex and rural areas.
