Abstract: Modern agriculture shows rather high growth rates of production. For the solution of objectives on creation of highly productive it is export the focused agrarian sector realization of innovative model of development of the industry, steady inflow of effective innovations to agricultural production is necessary. During the research features of scientific and technological development of agriculture are revealed: insufficient funding of agrarian science, purchase of mainly import technologies, low level of introduction of domestic scientific developments and technologies. For the solution of these problems actions for creation of financial institutions for continuous financing of business projects at all stages of an innovative cycle are offered, to development of innovative infrastructure, modernisation of agrarian and industrial complex, increase in demand for innovative products, the level of financing of agrarian science.
