Abstract: Basic provisions of the report at a year meeting of Office of agricultural sciences of RAS are presented on April 22, 2019 in article. Owing to lack of complex subjects of researches, they are not unambiguous and equivalent on importance of the solved problems, their scientific and practical importance. The concern causes a possibility of implementation of results of scientific research, lack of their full information support, low level of attraction of young shots. It is necessary that the priority of the agriculture remained the general strategy of its development of mainly advancing, but not catching up type regardless of existence of many internal and external risks and threats.
