Abstract: The condition of rural municipal entities is some of their indicators of development of the region therefore the question of their sustainable development remains a necessary condition of welfare not only agrarian and industrial complex, but also the region. The current state of rural areas is characterized by the low level and quality of life; generally it is explained by inefficiency of economy of the region and insufficient development of infrastructure. The research of position of rural territories is a basis of ensuring support of development. The conclusion is drawn that in view of insufficiency of financing, selective support of the industries and regions is carried out.
