Abstract: The research objective is to study questions of public-private partnership in branches of agriculture in the region. The research was conducted with use of the following methods: economical and statistical, abstract and logical, comparative analysis. Coordination schemes of interaction of bodies of regional government and the organizations of agriculture have been developed. The basis of the scheme is the concentration of private and public investment in the project organization and their subsequent use for the construction of a large cattle-breeding complex. Project funding will allow groups of investors to work together, which distributes and reduces the risks. Mandatory conditions of development of leasing in the public-private partnership for agro industrial complex of the region should be uniting small-scale producers in the agricultural production cooperative. The use of leasing schemes for public-private partnership for the implementation of projects of increase of efficiency of functioning and development of animal husbandry, will allow you to apply schema extra budgetary funding.
