Abstract: In article the question of expediency of system development of transport and logistic capacity of EEU for stimulation of integration processes in the sphere of agrarian and industrial complex and embedding in global and regional commodity distribution systems agricultural production, raw materials and food is considered. Special attention is paid to the opportunities opening in this regard within the Chinese project the Economic belt of "Silk Road". The conclusion is drawn on need of formation for EEU of production and marketing and commodity distribution chains and their inclusion in the global and regional system of division of labor and trade in services. Production and marketing chains and commodity distribution systems are carried to drivers of economic growth. The low logistic rating of the states of EEU objectively constrains development of internal and foreign economic relations. In case of creation of the Euroasian commodity distribution system of agricultural production, raw materials and food the term of movement of goods between extreme points Brest-Bishkek can be reduced by 2 weeks, and the average wholesale price of realization of agricultural production, raw materials and food due to reduction of number of intermediaries could be reduced by 13-17‰. Infrastructure development will give a powerful impulse to development of Russian regions, including rural territories.
