Abstract: The analysis of the dynamics of the domestic agricultural production value and exports was presented in the article. The comparison with the countries - leaders of agribusiness was made. The contribution of small forms of managing in agrarian sector of economy of Russia was estimated. The concept and characteristics of the business plan structure, stages of business planning, indicators of its efficiency (Net Present Value, Profitability Index, Internal Rate of Return, Payback period etc) were given. The issues of the grant support of peasant farms in the Russian Federation and the Orel region were disclosed. Among them are: the amount of financing, the number of the recipients, the average grant size, the activities etc. Special attention was paid to the solution of the problem of the creation of new permanent jobs. Simultaneously the analysis of the number of people employed in agriculture of the region was done. The mechanism of the competitive selection for the grants of peasant farms, the conditions of their production, the system of formation and realization of design ideas were shown in the author's interpretation in the schematic representation. Also the main problems of peasant farms in obtaining grants were named.
