Abstract: Effective management of material resources and flows in the spheres of production and circulation of grain actualizes the creation of logistics as the direction of management. The purpose of the study was to model the optimization of logistics structures at the regional level. The article analyzes the importance of logistics on the modern stage of economic development associated with the emergence in Russia among the countries-leaders of the world grain market and the guarantors of global food security. It is revealed that the establishment of logistics dictated the economic policy of the state directed at improving the system of production, transportation, storage, distribution of agricultural products and grain in particular. At the regional level the problem of overcoming the fragmentation of the development of logistics infrastructure, storage and logistics services for the transportation, cleaning and sorting, drying, dedusting and storage of grain. The proposed model of integrated grain logistics covers the regional aspect and is designed to support regional needs in agricultural products through the provision of warehouse and logistics services contributes to the creation of additional jobs and increase tax revenues.
