Abstract: The shortcomings of production of high-quality wheat of the country connected mainly with the low level of intensity of its cultivation and non-compliance with scientifically based system of zone technologies are revealed. At the same time introduction of intensive zone technologies is a basis of scientific and technological development of production of high-quality wheat in the country as these technologies are focused on achievement of productivity of this food grain crop, important for the country, close to its biological potential. In these technologies the maximum integration of actions taking into account their system interaction is reached. Achievements of high extent of use of zone soil and climatic resources for formation of a harvest of high-quality wheat are provided due to selection of optimal variants of elements of technologies. At the same time an important role is played by measures of organizational and economic character. First of all it is necessary to carry system of target crediting with the state support of development of intensive technologies to them, and also system of state support of insurance of a harvest, improvement of its organization and measures of support.
